My opinions do not matter.
Shitty is acceptable but you will receive nothing for the shit you create and be broke in no time.
We all have to be polite and not criticize anybody even if they produce shitty work. SHIT IS SHIT. It is easy to recognize shit and no one like to pick up or clean up shit.
Now that I have your attention, my advise to you is as follows:
1. If someone calls in sick and appears on the attendance list as sick do not call the sick person about work or when the person will go back to work. The sick person need to recover before he or she can work again. The sick person is sick. It is as simple as that.
2. Please do not hand in shitty work for review. It is a waste of the reviewer's time.
3. Please do not hand in shitty work for revisions. Again, it is a waste of the reviewer's time.
4. If you do not have time to produce your best work, please hand in usable work or nothing. Shitty work means whatever you produced cannot be use. It is not funny to receive shitty work for review or further revisions.
5. There is no bill to review if you have no work to present.
Common sense is not so common and I hope some people come across this post, read it and take some time to reflect.
I contacted a body to voice my grievance and received a blank form for completion to escalate the matter. Upon review of the blank form, I decided that it is too much work to fill out all the details and left the form blank. Prior to my telephone conversation, I have never ever seen this blank form before. I wonder who can complete such a form quickly and efficiently. I wonder if I would ever complete the blank form for something else that has not happened yet.
Registration forms on the other hand is much easier to complete in my humble opinion yet a bunch of people don't even complete those.
