Hmmmmmm

Timing is everything.  To everything there is a season. Time is of the essence.

10 mins and maybe one third of a bucket of water

I was probably half awake at around 530 am-ish...

In that state I heard the rain coming...

As soon as it started, I marched out like a mad woman to put all buckets to place.

I made a racket alright.

I even threw a bucket cover like a frisbee

Did I damaged anything in the process? Probably but that's normal wear and tear at this household

My movements may be big but I like my buckets to last so they were placed gently.

Empty buckets make very loud noises.

I checked the time when it started pouring which was 545amish

I checked the time again after/before I made final adjustment to my bucket placement.

(Which was another 12 mins)

I was shocked that within 10 mins so much water was collected by the bucket placed to the drain to channel water from the roof 

Anyhow, the rain has now passed so if you were snoozing... And your bucket are still in storage... You missed a chance to collect the rain

The birds will keep on singing.

coconut

There are many types of coconuts.  Last summer,I bought some or my mama bought some in the grocery store.  After drinking the juice and eating the meat within, I kept the shell and hung them dry and peeled the skin off of some of them.  They look very nice.  We are planning to use them to plant lettuce!

p.s. I am planning to use the skin I peeled to make a Hawaiian style dress for my Barbie or to use it as roof material for my broken decorative well

After hours art studio

Dear my non-existent readers,

This is my after hours art studio.  Tonight I am working on mother's day postcards.

Too bad it's not a long weekend.
