jogging log

I exercise outdoor on an almost daily basis.  I see runners, joggers, cycles, walkers and etc everyday.

I've been meaning to run and I finally did today. My body feel refresh and rejuvenated.  Running is different from cycling and rollerblading.  It was fun because I know many run, jog and walk techniques.  I do not run at consistent pace.  I have lots endurance and stamina to walk.  I will require a motivator to run or jog consistently for a long period of time.  If you see me running by myself, you will find me walking most of the time.

I am ok at sprinting I think....
