Spartan Race Route Map

Map helps with navigation as well as imagination.  Yesterday, I proposed the Spartan/Gladiator Event.  Today, I was working on the proposed route map and how I would utilize the obstacles.

You will see from the Route Map that many people will fail to enter the Stadium because the first obstacle is the rope climb.  In order to get into the stadium, one must first complete the rope climb.

After that is a 7 Feet Wall or the Olympus climb. Falling off the Olympus means sliding back to the entrance (meaning you have to do the rope climb again).

following obstacle #2, participants can either attempt the monkey bars or platinum rig or do a barb wire crawl (falling off the monkey bars or platinum rig means landing on the barb wire).

#4 which is currently not on the map would probably be a water or mud activity.

Please keep in mind that every obstacle will be manned by Gladiators.  Talk about a grand/difficult entrance.
