Walking never gets old

I have tried a lot of at home workout DVDs. My a lot is actually very modest compared to a lot of other people.  To beat me, you will have to have NEVER tried any at home workout DVDs or any TV workout exercise programs.  Video Games inspired by such programs do not count.

My favourite one is a DVD put together by maybe a bunch of fitness instructors.  It's basically a promotion for seven different ways to workout.  The first video was the most boring, as usual.  The first video is usually instructions so people usually fall asleep.  This DVD was different.  The first video was about how to walk.  I basically watched people walk for 30 minutes.  The instructor and instructor's assistant showed you different ways to walk, pace and etc.  It was shot it all sort of locations too.  I've been practicing the many walking techniques (I can remember) occasionally ever since.  My living room was not big enough for me to walk around with them for that 30 minutes so I couldn't practice while they were instructing.  Walking was Day One of the Seven Days Workout.  If you would like more information about this DVD please comment below.  The other days were pretty awesome too.

I also bought shake weight from the dollar store for $3.00.  It came with a DVD too.  I watched that too.  It was funny.  I couldn't find the male version of shake weight at the dollar store, only female version was available like 2 or 3 years ago.  Maybe it's all sold out now because Ellen Degeneres kept giving them out for free.

Back to walking.  Walking can be very boring but if you look at the walkway carefully, it's actually a very very long runway.  You can be Heidi Klum, Tyra Banks, Janice Dickinson as your prance down the pedestrian path.  Just stride or glide however you like.  Summer is coming, let's get off those treadmills and start walking outside.
