Spartan Beast 2023

Yesterday, I completed Spartan Beast again.  It was raining in the morning and rained some more.  The entire course was muddy and slippery.  I slipped more than once and slides down the hills many times on my bottom.  It was very hard to run. Everything I had to ascent I kept wishing it was the last one.  The best part of my day was having a meat lover pizza on my way home.

I had to skip many obstacles because I was entirely covered in mud.

My body has scratches and bruises now.
