I've been a busy bee with life!
Today I decided to blog about Apple Pie, because I am currently experimenting Apple Pie fillings.
My favourite Apple Pie is from my favourite food place with Apple Pie for sale. It's delicious and lots of locals go there already (for Apple Pie and More)!
Their Apple Pie inspired me and my memory of its taste, look and feel is how i am approaching my own Apple Pie filling.
So far, excuse me... I have to check on the stove because my Apple snack is almost done and I don't want the pastry portion of it to burn.
In terms of ingredients to prepare the fillings, I used fallen Apple from my family backyard, honey with almond from nova scotia, plum powder, water. I cooked this.
I did not want to make crust at this time and so I used red quinoa green onion pancake to wrap up the fillings, pan fried! I pan fried this.
I had left over hot Apple water to drink, which was delicious!
I also tasted the Apple fresh, cooked and soon I'll taste it in the pan fried completed snack format!
