I have always felt that it was unfair that I was never overly obese so people never see my weigh loss progress. My success, results and improvements are not as noticeable as the muscle man or the lean woman who was once over weight to an extremely unhealthy level. I am very jealous when I see their before and after photos.
My progress was not documented by photos and I wouldn't want to document it in photos anyways. The difference I feel is actually during my sprint from my office to the public transit. After I started working out, it was a lot easier to run that five to ten minutes during rush hour to get to the train. I was less heavy on my steps and my breath was longer. The sprint felt a lot easier and I made the sprint almost every day (in flats).
