Technology that are fun and entertaining usually works fine; on the other hand technology that are designed for work often don't work or create unnecessary stress, worries and problems for people.
Why is that? Possibly because designing technology for work is boring and hard.
I can name quite a few examples of how technology has failed me and go on a rant about how I can't fix it so I contact those in charge to deal with it. Most of the time I don't know if the technology got fixed or if it's never fixed and people just have to work around it.
It's frustrating really and a waste of time because if the technology work, I wouldn't have to contact those people in charge to resolve the problem. *Sigh*
