If you have a computer and internet connection, it is pretty easy to submit a job application, provided that you already have a pretty well written resume and can quickly type up a decent cover letter.
Just think about how difficult it might have been to prepare and submit a job application before the computer, the photocopier and the internet.
If you are applying to an astronaut in Canada remember to read An astronaut's guide to Life on Earth: What Going to Space Taught Me About Ingenuity, Determination, and Being Prepared for Anything. There was at least one chapter about how long his job application to his dream job, was and it was written in English and French.
Anyhow, I, among other things, submitted at least 3 job applications today. Not too shabby.
