It's flyer Thursday, meaning I get to enjoy the weekly local newspaper and its inserts. It used to be skinny Tuesday and gourmet Thursday (FYI, no more skinnys). Tomorrow is garbage Friday, some of my neighbours are very diligent with getting rid of old news.
Anyhow, my local community is gearing up for Canada 150. You can just tell from the newspaper.
It's dreamy Thursday. A real celebration would be Canada 365. The entire nation take the whole year off.
