Today is Wednesday, a day when I blog about something from the past. Why Toonie Tuesday? Because you can see a movie at a movie theatre for two bucks. Why not Toonie Tuesday? Because if you are not there early enough you sit at the front row which is way too close to the screen, you might as well not watch the movie because you will be so uncomfortable tilting your head up the whole time; however, there is one caveat. You get to enjoy the movie with a fully packed theatre. Every seat is filled up. If you read the title to this post, you would be aware that Toonie Tuesday is no more so you might be unable to find the experience I just described.
There was also Toonie Everyday, for two bucks you get to see a movie at a movie theatre from a few years ago but that's also gone. My first Toonie Everyday was the trumen show, my next one was Shakespeare in love.
What can you get for two bucks at the movie theatre nowadays?
