Today before the beginning of a new lesson I went for an early bike ride.
Soft breaks as defined by this author means riding in an extremely slow speed and break in the most manual way...
Example One: On a dry sunny day on a slight up hill taping gently with the whole bottom of your feet x3. This will result in a complete stop.
Example two: On an extremely rainy day on a busy city street which is also slightly down hill also taping gently with the whole bottom of your feet x3 on flip flop. This will result in a slide, a failure of tap x3 and many forceful stomp of the feet together with many forceful handbrakes on both sides and possibly a broken flip flop.
